FIELD: laminated hybrid alumopolymer materials of structural purpose. SUBSTANCE: composite laminated material is meant for manufacture of basic members of airframe and for their repair. It can also be utilized in engineering industry. Proposed composite laminated material comprises alternating sheets of aluminum alloy and layers of glass reinforced plastic based on thermally reactive binder and reinforcing filler. High-modular alloy of diminished density with content of lithium not more than 1.5 per cent by mass, with modulus of elasticity for tension not less than 7700 MPa, with modulus of elasticity for compression not less than 7900 MPa, with ultimate strength not less than 400 MPa and density not more than 2600 kg/cu m. is used in the capacity of aluminum alloy. Reinforcing filler comes in the form of unidirectional glass cloth with wrap from high-strength glass fibers 5-20 mkm in diameter, density 2500-2580 kg/cu m, ultimate strength 400-500 MPa, modulus of elasticity 85-100 GPa and with density 20-30 threads/cm in wrap. Weft of glass cloth is produced from fibers of polymer material with melting temperature under 150 C with density of arrangement of threads not above 6 threads per cm. Material has modulus of elasticity in direction of main reinforcement not more 60 GPa and density not less than 2400 kg/cu m. Material can be used for manufacture of various articles.
