FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for suppressing mechanical vibrations of rotary systems. Proposed damper has housing and main movable element installed in housing filled with damping liquid. Main movable element is made in form of solid of revolution, is furnished with additional damping element and is hinge-rested by lower part through support needle and step bearing onto elastic member. Alignment springs are secured in upper part of main movable element. Additional damping element is fitted with damping clearances in ring groove of housing, it encloses main movable element and is connected to main movable element through elastic hanger whose vertical arrangement depends on adjustment of damper in frequency.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of damping and enlarged range of frequency damping in radial direction, provision of additional damping in axial direction.
