SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for sealing rotors of gas-turbine engines and device for manufacture of brush seals. Proposed device contains mounting flanges secured on strip of articulated parallelogram of frame. Device is provided with lock to adjust frame and detachable rods installed on strips.
EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities, improved quality of wire winding.
