FIELD: metallurgy, metal cutting machine-tools, industrial robots and other machines and mechanisms in different industries.
SUBSTANCE: proposed divider is designed for continuous delivery of accurately metered out amounts of "oil-air" lubricating materials to heavy-loaded bearing supports of rolling mills and lubricating systems of metallurgical equipment. Built-in flow divider has housing with inlet space connected through constant-resistance channels with outlet spaces. Housing is made in form of bushing with axial channel provided with diaphragm arranged at equal distances from bushing end faces and forming with bushing inlet and outlet spaces. Other outlet space is made in form of ring groove found on outer surface of bushing in zone of diaphragm. Constant-resistance channels are made in diaphragm. Moreover, additional ring groove for seal is made on outer surface of bushing from side of first outlet space.
EFFECT: reduced overall dimensions and improved efficiency of lubrication and cooling of bearing units.
