FIELD: the invention refers to measuring technique and may be used in systems of controlling of turning speed for example of the working shaft of a turbine.

SUBSTANCE: the arrangement has at least one signal input to which an output signal of the sensor of the turning frequency is attached and also a calculating block through which the output signal of the sensor of the turning frequency forms actual meanings of the turning frequency of the rotating detail of the car. At that through the first out of at least two signal outputs only such actual turning frequencies are formed whose values are contained in the given range of the turning frequency which is a true subset of real working range of the turning frequency of the rotating detail of the car.

EFFECT: expands functional possibilities.
