FIELD: precise tool-making, in particular, engineering of devices for measuring movement parameters of aircrafts, possible use for manufacturing pendulum compensation accelerometers having magneto-electric momentum indicators.
SUBSTANCE: accelerometer contains central quartz plate 1 on resilient suspension 2. On the pendulum, coils 3 of momentum indicator are held, and on immobile part, magnets 4 and polar tips 5 are held. Magnets 4 and polar tips 5 are attached to internal surfaces of titanium bushings 6. Inserts 7 made of magnetic material having larger linear expansion coefficient than that of magnetic conduit 8 are connected to external diameter of each one of bushings 6. on the other side along external diameter bushings 6 are glued to magnetic conduits 8. Attachment of aforementioned parts is usually performed by means of glue. Thus, magnets 4 have air gaps both between polar tips 5 and between inserts 7. Magnets 4 themselves are attached to bushings 6 through limited area.
EFFECT: substantial reduction of glued connections of magnet to armature of magnetic system ensures increased precision.
