FIELD: optics.
SUBSTANCE: electro-controllable device contains at least one carrying substrate, provided with layer packet with electro-chromic function, which contains at least two active electro-chromic layers, separated from each other by a layer of electrolyte. Aforementioned packet of layers is positioned between two elements of electric current influx, between upper and lower elements. Electro-chromic material which forms two aforementioned active layers, is identical for both layers, and it is selected from materials, painting of which is not linear function of introduction of electric charges.
EFFECT: increased efficiency.
