FIELD: methods for evaluating nature-conservative measures directed at reduction of material pollution of environment, by comparison of result of measures to costs of their realization in monetary representation.

SUBSTANCE: in accordance to the method, before beginning the conduction of measure, pollutants are found, in other words, substances, actual concentrations of which in pollution sources exceed maximally allowed concentrations, and volumes of their influx into environment are determined. On basis of these and analogical data, received after conduction of a measure, toxicological efficiency Et of a measure is determined, which is compared to costs of conduction of that measure, receiving the toxicological-economical efficiency Etd of the measure, characterizing amount of pollutions in units of maximum permissible concentration, liquidated for a unit of explicit costs.

EFFECT: increased objectivity and precision when determining efficiency of conducted nature-conservative measures.
