FIELD: electrical engineering; manual operating mechanisms for controlling high-voltage apparatuses.
SUBSTANCE: proposed manual operating mechanism designed for controlling high-voltage apparatus has case, ON- or OFF-position lock, and handle rotating about first axle. Handle rotary motion is conveyed to lever revolving about second axle. Lever is joined to link that couples operating mechanism with high-voltage apparatus. Operating-mechanism case is assembled of two plates with lugs joined together by means of fastenings and spacer bushings. Handle and lever axles are mounted on case whose plate lugs have holes for securing operating mechanism to high-voltage apparatus compartment wall. As an alternative, ON- or OFF-position lock is installed on U-shaped clamp to provide interlocking by means of additionally introduced plate passed through slots in clamp walls and padlock to protect operating mechanism against unauthorized intervention.
EFFECT: simplified mechanical design of operating mechanism and its installation and wiring within compartment.
