FIELD: electrical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has housing, rotation mechanisms with mechanical locking. Rests of axles of rotation mechanisms are designed as U-shaped cramps which are made from rolled sheets with holes in which cylindrical sleeves are mounted rigidly. Sides of cramps carry cuts which interact with rest of rotation mechanism. Upper part of cramp is equipped with bolt which is mounted threaded joint. Axle of rotation mechanism has holes which interact with bolt. Rotation mechanism also has flanges one of which has round holes which are arranged in circle. Another flange has coaxial cuts which are arranged about shape. Handles of drive are shaped as cylinders. EFFECT: simplified design, decreased amount of materials, increased reliability and safety of use. 2 cl, 4 dwg
