SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aqueous cleaning and conditioning composition containing a) 1-50 mass % cleaning surfactant, b) discrete dispersed drops including water insoluble silicone conditioning oil with average drop diameter (D3,2) of 2-100 mum and c) 0.01-0.4 mass % block copolymer surfactant with average molecular mass of 4000 Da or more containing polyethylene oxide and polypropylene oxide blocks wherein each block contains 2 or more polyethylene oxide or polypropylene oxide monomer units and average amount of polypropylene oxide monomer units in block copolymer is 25 or more, and d) water.
EFFECT: silicone conditioning oil of improved quality.
