SUBSTANCE: composition of hair washing includes surfactant with cleaning effect, water, first and second cation polymers with charge density within the ranges of 0.2 to 1.0 milliequivalent/g and 1.3 to 3.0 milliequivalent/g of respectively at pH 7, and drops of water-insoluble oil with conditioning effect and diametre not more than 4 mcm. Method of hair washing and conditioning involves applying the composition onto hair during massage.

EFFECT: washing combined with conditioning; less drag and easer brushing of wet or dry hair.
