SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with aqueous conditioning hair composition that includes: a cationic conditioning surface-active substance, discrete, dispersed drops including water-insoluble conditioning oil and block copolymer at average molecular weight of 1000 U atomic weight or more, including polyethylenoxide and polypropylenoxide blocks. The innovation provides improved precipitation of conditioning oil onto area of hair tips from compositions that contain dispersed drops of hydrophobic conditioning oil that helps to improve the properties of the surface of hair fibers, such as smoothness, softness, controllability, integrity of cuticles and glare.
EFFECT: higher efficiency.
