SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with aqueous conditioning composition for hair that includes discrete, dispersed drops of hydrophobic conditioning oil at average diameter of drops (D3,2) being 4 mcm or less, a cationic polymer of sedimentation and a block copolymer of ethylene glycol and propylene glycol. The declared composition provides improved conditioning for hair tips.
