FIELD: chemical industry; other industries; methods, devices installations for realization of the physical-chemical processes between the moving mediums.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the chemical technology, in particular, to the method, the device and the installation for realization of the physical-chemical processes between the moving mediums in the different phase states, and also the final product produced with their help and may be used in the different branches of industry. At that the method and the device create the streams of the moving mediums colliding with each other. The width and speeds of motion of which provide their adjustable, reliable and effective interaction. The device contains: the cylindrical body with the drum-type rotor located on the shaft and forming one stream of the moving medium; the former of the second stream of the moving medium; the means of loading and unloading of the moving mediums and the gas withdrawing means. The former of the second stream of the moving medium contains the overtured plate having the base and the skirt with the edge facing the wall of the body. The rotor has one or two butt cavities intended for reception of the moving mediums, along which periphery there are barriers with the sharp radial protrusions. The rotor is set on the shaft with the capability of adjusting relocation the rotor along the axial line moving along the shaft or together with the shaft. For production of the highly-homogenized mixture the installation has been developed containing the above mentioned device, and also, at least, one additional gear of rotation, which design is analogous to the design of the indicated drum-type rotor providing the additional grinding and stirring the particles of the mixture of the moving mediums produced in the device. The invention allows to improve the quality of stirring and emulsifying of the materials and ensures the effective realization of the chemical processes at the expense of intensification of the stirring and improvement of the production process control.
EFFECT: the invention ensures the improved the quality of stirring and emulsifying of the materials, the effective realization of the chemical processes at the expense of intensification of the stirring, the improved control over the production process.
