FIELD: waste recovery equipment. SUBSTANCE: complex has cofferdam-type melting furnace divided by partition walls into charging, melting and siphon chambers. Melting furnace is equipped with waste and flux charging windows, liquid metal and slag removal openings, gas conduit for withdrawal of flue gases and tuyeres positioned on lower part of melting chamber. Charging device is formed as rotating inclined drum with feeding hopper and waste feeder arranged at its ends. Heat-exchanger is connected with furnace, gas purifying system, exhaust fan and exhaust pipe. Furnace inner surfaces are lined with cofferdams equipped with refrigerant inlet and outlet branch pipes positioned on furnace outer surface. Heat-exchanger arranged immediately above furnace gas conduit is formed as double-staged refrigerator equipped with refrigerant inlet and outlet branch pipes arranged at both cooling stages and adapted for abrupt cooling of flue gases to temperature of 20-25 C. Charging device feeding hopper has branch pipe axially introduced into drum end for axial displacement. Crushing device is mounted for rotation inside feeding hopper around axis perpendicular to axis of rotation of feeding hopper of charging device. Gaseous chlorine absorbing device is positioned between exhaust fan and exhaust pipe and is provided with flue gas sprayer and water spraying nozzles extending circumferentially of device at the level of baffle. EFFECT: increased safety of gases discharged into atmosphere by complete cleaning from hazardous substances, prolonged service life of furnace and increased efficiency. 1 dwg
