FIELD: gold-mining industry; other industries; methods of processing of the gold-containing ores.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of the minerals concentration, in particular, to concentration of the gold-containing ores and may be used at processing of other kinds of the crude ore and nonmetallic raw. The method of processing of the gold-containing ores provides for the ore excavation at the mining works, its stage-by-stage ragging in the grinders with the check screening, separation of the ground ore by the sizes, separation from the ground classified ore of its sub-quality part and the barren rock. Separation of the sub-quality part of the ore and the barren rock is exercised by the fractionated screening of each size of the ore by application of the lump size X-ray spectral separation and the small-portion X-ray spectral classification with the following purifying operations of the tail products of the main processes for each of the fraction, which are similar to the main processes. The combined enriched products of the main and refining operations of each of the fractions are exposed to the repurifying operations with return of the tailings of the repurifications into the main processes of the corresponding fractions. The tailing products of the purified operations of the X-ray spectral separation fineness of the coarseness - 50÷20 mm and - 20÷10 mm are routed into the mine dump, and the concentrates of the repurifying operations are routed to final concentration. The technical result of the invention is the increase of extraction of gold and the ecological safety of the processing, production of the additional commercial products, and also improvement and the price reduction of the gold concentration technology.

EFFECT: the invention ensures the increased extraction of the gold and the ecological safety of the processing and production of the additional commercial products, improvement and the price reduction of the gold concentration technology.
