FIELD: mining; process.

SUBSTANCE: method of gold ore treatment includes ore excavation at minning works, stage milling of ore in grinders with control screening, separating of crushed ore for fractions, segregation from crushed fractioned ore unconditioned part and barren rock. Segregation of unconditioned ore part and barren rock is implemented by means of by-fractions ore treatment of each size grade with using by- lump X-ray separation and small-batch X-ray separation with further similar to main processes, treatment actions caudal products of each fraction main process. United enriched products of main and control action for each fraction are subject to cleaning actions with return of cleaner tailings to main processes of appropriate fractions. Tail products of treatment actions are directed into dump. Before small-batch X-ray separation material is preliminary subjected to vibro-concentration with extraction of enriched middling which is further directed at least to one-stage cleaning vibro-concentration with receiving concentrate and middling. Concentrate of cleaning vibro-concentration is directed to finishing and middling of cleaning vibro-concentration with cleaning operations concentrates of by- lump X-ray separation and small-batch X-ray separation enriched middling are directed to recrushing in crushers after what crushed product is returned to the head of process for separation action of crushed ore for size grade.

EFFECT: rising of gold extraction; receiving of additional vendible products and rising of ore treatment environmental safety.
