FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to dressing of minerals, e.g. native, rare and nonferrous metals, etc. Proposed method comprises ore extraction, stage braking, grading the ore to sizes, selecting offgrade portions and barren ore using lump-and-small-portion X-ray spectral separation and grading. Dressed ore is re-crushed in crushed in closed cycle procedure with screening. After re-crushing dressed ore, minor fraction is separated therefrom by screening for subsequent dressing in separated cycle using vibro concentration and small-portion X-ray spectral grading. Tails of the latter is moved into calm bank while dressed product is re-crushed and sent back for vibro concentration. Dressed product of vibro concentration is subjected to electric separation while electric separation tails are subjected to screening. Screening oversize is re-crushed together with dressed product of separate cycle small-portion X-ray spectral grading while screening oversize is moved to calm bank. Electric separation dressed product is subjected to air separation with sizing to intermediate coarseness fractions. Fine fraction of dressed ore, prior to moving it to separated cycle, it separated by screening into two classes. Note here that oversize is subjected to lump X-ray spectral separation to produce rich commercial product and tails. Said rich commercial product is sent for deep dressing in separate cycle together with screening oversize while X-ray spectral separation tails are moved to clam bank.

EFFECT: higher yield of commercial component, reduced costs and improved ecology.
