SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with the composition of chromous cast iron and manufacturing the rollers and the details of sand pumps. The cast iron in question contains the components in the following ratio, weight%: carbon 3.0-4.0; silicon 0.8-1.2; manganese 2.0-4.0; chromium 15.0-20.0; nickel 1.0-2.0; niobium 1.0-3.0; boron 0.4-0.8; nitrogen 0.1-0.14; phosphorus 0.1-0.2; titanium 0.1-0.3; iron - the rest. The innovation provides increased hardness of the cast iron.
EFFECT: increased hardness.
