SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with the composition of steels. The steel in question contains the components in the following ratio, weight%: carbon 0.25-0.35; silicon 1.0-2.0; manganese 0.7-1.3; titanium 0.2-0.3; vanadium 1.5-2.5; boron 0.2-0.4; calcium 0.007-0.013; barium 0.006-0.008; magnesium 0.005-0.01; copper 0.4-0.8; iron - the rest. The innovation provides increased fatigue strength and hardenability of the steel.
EFFECT: increased fatigue strength and hardenability.
