SUBSTANCE: cast iron contains components in a following ratio wt %: carbon 3.2-3.6; silicon 1.8-2.2; manganese 0.6-1.0; copper 1.2-2.2; aluminium 0.02-0.05; calcium 0.01-0.02; zinc 0.02-0.04; lithium 0.0005-0.001; phosphor 0.1-0.2; nitrides of barium 0.005-0.01; cobalt 0.2-0.4; silver 0.02-0.05; boron 0.02-0.06; iron - the rest.
EFFECT: cast iron hardening.
