SUBSTANCE: method involves determining chronometric indices of non-stabilized whole blood, namely, of fibrin-thrombocytary grume structure - T and coagulation constant K=r+k, where r is the reaction period and k is the thrombin constant. The values of T being equal to 52.71±1.76 min and r+k - 11.23±0.55 min, no burn shock is considered to be the case. The values of T being equal to 43.34±1.65 min and r+k - 7.65±0.20 min, I order burn shock is considered to be the case. The values of T being equal to 38.41±2.04 min and r+k - 6.67±0.19 min, II order burn shock is considered to be the case. The values of T being equal to 32.77±3.22 min and r+k - 5.63±0.21 min, III order burn shock is considered to be the case.
EFFECT: high accuracy of the method.
