FIELD: high-temperature proton-conducting membranes for fuel cells.
SUBSTANCE: proposed proton-conducting polymeric membrane designed to ensure normal operation of fuel cells under high-temperature and normal-pressure conditions has sulfoalkyl and sulfoaryl groups introduced between metal phosphate layers and cation-exchange groups in side circuits; method for producing such membrane and membrane-electrode assembly using proton-exchange membrane, as well as fuel cell incorporating such membrane are given in invention specification.
EFFECT: improved electrochemical properties and thermal stability.
