SUBSTANCE: chewing gum composition for discoloration contains central part and optional coating consisting of at least one layer. At least one portion of central part and coating contains effective amounts of at least one means adapted for discoloration and encapsulated within hydrophilic encapsulating material, said discoloration means being selected from the group comprising anionic and non-ionic surfactants. Method for dental discoloration involves chewing effective amounts of chewing gum composition adapted for discoloration. Method for producing of chewing gum adapted for discoloration involves adding encapsulated discoloration means at one of final chewing gum composition production stages for providing desired content of discoloration means in chewing gum composition. Composition for confectionery adapted for discoloration contains effective amounts of at least one discoloration means encapsulated in hydrophilic encapsulating material selected from the group comprising anionic and non-ionic surfactants.
EFFECT: increased discoloration efficiency of chewing gum composition owing to presence of effective amounts of discoloration means.
