FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: the suggested new caned food should be manufactured due to cutting pork liver and mixing it with dry red wine and soybean sauce to be kept for 25 min, separating against liquid phase and roasting in grease. The separated liquid phase should be mixed with grease, bone broth, sugar, common salt, calcium or magnesium glutamate, starch, clove, cinnamon, star anise and Jamaica pepper to obtain the sauce. One should cut and freeze green onions, pack pork liver, green onions and the sauce followed by sealing and sterilization. The innovation enables to obtain new canned food being of increased digestibility against analogous culinary dish.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of manufacturing.
