FIELD: food production process.
SUBSTANCE: canned food is cooked by duck meat cutting and frying in melted fat, tomatoes, cucumbers, ginger and raw onions cutting and blanching, spring onions and parsley and dill leaves cutting and freezing, mixing of listed vegetables without access for oxygen with rice vodka, soya sauce, sugar, calcium or magnesium glutamate, anise-tree leaves, cloves, cinnamon and allspice, packing of duck meat, obtained mixture and bone broth, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: improved digestibility as compared to similar pre-cooked foods.
