SUBSTANCE: the suggested innovation deals with technology for manufacturing meat-plant canned food for cosmic nutrition. The canned food in question should be manufactured due to preparing the recipe components, chopping, freezing and reducing new white head cabbage, cutting, frying in melted butter and reducing onions, cutting pork, precooking and reducing rice followed by mixing the above-mentioned components with wheat flour, meat-bone broth, tomato paste, common salt, citric acid and CO2-extracts of caraway and hot red pepper, packing the mixture obtained followed by sealing and sterilization to obtain the target product. New canned food obtained is of increased digestibility against analogous culinary dishes.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of manufacturing.
