FIELD: processing of farm products obtained from starch-containing crops such as barley, may be used in combine fodder factories for producing of feeds for animals.

SUBSTANCE: extruder has base, screw, and is also provided with cone bushing and die, which are axially fixed at screw end so as to define working gap. According to first version, extruder is designed so that working gap may be adjusted during operation of extruder by means of device made in the form of drive screw with nut. Screw of this device is rigidly connected with die, and nut is rigidly fixed on extruder casing by means of at least three pins arranged parallel to die and flanges, one of said flanges being rigidly joined to extruder casing. Extruder may be equipped with wedge-shaped knives arranged circumferentially and uniformly at end of cone bushing, with number of knives ranging between 15 and 40. According to second version, extruder is equipped with bushing having openings and fixed for movement on screw casing by means of threaded connection. Die is movably connected to bushing by means of angular-contact bearing. Die defines in conjunction with screw progressive motion pair by means of splined joint. According to third version, extruder is additionally provided with two bushings and flange which is rigidly joined to first bushing and is movably joined by means of threaded connection to second bushing. First bushing is movably connected to die through angular-contact bearing and second bushing is rigidly joined to extruder base. Die defines in conjunction with screw progressive motion pair by means of splined joint. Any of said versions has longitudinal channels uniformly distributed along generatrix, with number of channels ranging between 15 and 40. Extruder of second and third versions may be additionally provided with scimitar-shaped knives uniformly and circumferentially positioned at end of cone bushing, around working gap at multiplicity rate of 1:2 relative to number of longitudinal channels provided in die.

EFFECT: increased efficiency, reduced wastes, and provision for obtaining of high-quality products.
