FIELD: medicine; surgery.
SUBSTANCE: device can be used for endoscope diagnostics and cure of diseases of pancreas due to catheterizing of Wirsung's duct of pancreas to aspirate pancreas juice during long period of time, as well as sanative procedures and introduction of medicinal preparations. Device has endoscope and catheter installed in channel of catheter. Working end of catheter is provided with conical thread having round-shaped profile. Rotary handle with thread, corresponding to internal thread of clutch, is attached to opposite side of working end of catheter by means of collets with screw. Clutch is fastened to endoscope by means of screw. Endoscope is made for supply of working end of catheter to Wirsung's duct.
EFFECT: reliable fixation of catheter in Wirsung's duct; higher speed of results of treatment.
