FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine, particularly to medical equipment used for diagnostics and/or treatment of inflammatory, infectious, benign and/or malignant diseases of pancreas, biliary ducts and/or liver. Catheter for biological fluid intake from duodenal papillae comprises elongated body to be inserted into human duodenum lumen. Said body is provided with two balloons configured to be inflated to isolate duodenum space therein, wherein duodenal papillae are found. Aspiration channel with an inlet made in said body between said cylinders passes in said body. Aspiration channel enables creation of rarefaction of air in the above isolated space so that biological liquids obtained from duodenal papillae can be sampled therefrom. System for collecting biological fluids from duodenal papillae comprises a catheter described above and an aspiration device connected to an aspiration channel so that air can be sucked therefrom. Method for taking biological fluids from duodenal papillae involves setting the above catheter into a human duodenum lumen, inflating the catheter balloons for insulating the duodenum space therebetween, wherein a duodenal papilla is found, creating, by means of an aspiration catheter channel, in the isolated air rarefaction space for biological liquids taken from the duodenal papillae. Above described catheter can be used for diagnosing or monitoring the course of at least one of the following diseases: gastritis, pancreatitis, pancreatic cancer, bile duct cancer, cholangiocarcinoma, hepatocellular carcinoma, cholangitis and cholelithiasis, autoimmune hepatitis and infectious hepatitis. Above described catheter can be used for treating at least one of the following diseases: pancreatitis and cholangitis.
EFFECT: technical result consists in simplifying the installation of such catheter in the human duodenum lumen to provide intake of biological fluids obtained from duodenal papillae, in particular due to the absence of the need for accurate positioning of the aspiration opening opposite the duodenal papillae.
