FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: claimed invention relates to endoscopic surgery and can be used for catheterisation of deformed duct structures. Device contains catheter which is installed into working endoscope canal catheter and has on working end bend and angular cut. Inside catheter flexible rod is located. Flexible rod is provided with handle for rotary and longitudinal movements in catheter, is made with spiral tip on working side and is fixed with opposite side in plunger. Plunger is installed in bushing which has screw for plunger fixation for joint movement of catheter with flexible rod and port for supply of solutions into duct systems. Plunger has handle for rotary and longitudinal movements of catheter in endoscope.
EFFECT: device ensures catheterisation of deformed duct structures, possibility to supply contrast substances into duct systems, extension of possibilities to apply low-invasive endoscopic methods of treatment.
