FIELD: medicine, gastroenterology.
SUBSTANCE: it is necessary to carry out complex ultrasound survey of hepatic and splenic tissues. Moreover, additionally one should carry out duplex scanning at chromatic Doppler mapping the vessels of porto-hepatic region to detect quantitative values of hemodynamics of vascular circulation rate and at the values: in portal vein (PV) of maximal linear rate of circulation (Vmax)=34.56-46.2 cm/sec; minimal linear rate of circulation (Vmin)=18.4-25.5 cm/sec; time-neutralized rate of circulation (TAMX)-26.65-34.8 cm/sec, in hepatic veins TAMX of retrograde phase=16.5-24.3 cm/sec; in propria hepatic artery (PHA) TAMX=35.5-43.0 cm/sec one should diagnose chronic hepatitis stage 1. In PHA Vmax=63.67-72.5 cm/sec, TAMX=36.0-44.61 cm/sec; in splenic artery (SA) in pancreatic projection Vmax=118.34-139.69 cm/sec; in SA in projection of splenic porta Vmax=69.6-85.22 cm/sec, TAMX=47.29-55.3 cm/sec, resistant index of peripheral resistance (RI)=0.58-0.70, pulsation index of peripheral resistance (PI)=1.16-1.43 one should diagnose chronic hepatitis stage 3. In PV Vmax=34.66-41.6 cm/sec, Vmin=20.02-28.1 cm/sec, TAMX=26.8-33.24 cm/sec; in splenic vein (SV) in pancreatic projection Vmax=27.2-36.23 cm/sec, TAMX=21.5-29.45 cm/sec; in HV TAMX of retrograde phase=2.98-8.22 cm/sec, TAMX of antegrade phase=17.0-26.78 cm/sec; in SA in pancreatic projection Vmax=118.11-150.5 cm/sec, TAMX=52.98-79.9 cm/sec, PI=1.7-2.24; in SA in projection of splenic porta TAMX=69.59-88.56 cm/sec, TAMX=46.45-61.2 cm/sec, RI-0.67-0.74, PI=1.16-1.68; in communis hepatic artery (CHA) Vmin=26.0-40.45 cm/sec, TAMX=63.65-74.58 cm/sec, PI=1.41-1.77; in PHA Vmax=62.16-74.63 cm/sec, TAMX=34.6-47.71 cm/sec, RI=0.71-0.86, PI=1.54-1.8 - one should diagnose chronic hepatitis stage 4. The innovation in question enables to diagnose fibrous hepatic process at high degree of significance, at the least risk for a patient and evaluate the efficiency of therapy by not applying invasive techniques.
EFFECT: higher accuracy and efficiency of diagnostics.
