FIELD: medicine, abdominal surgery.
SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with low-invasive surgery of pancreatic cysts. One should fulfill percutaneous cystic drainage through the walls of a hollow organ with the help of special device for draining cavitary neoplasms supplied with a fixing ligature followed by the traction of the drainage and forming anastomosis at migration of drainage end into the lumen of hollow organ. Moreover, in 7 d, not earlier since the moment of draining in case of fibrogastroduodenoscopy one should fulfill coagulation of posterior wall of hollow organ around the drainage upon ellipsoid part of the wall at size of long axis being up to 25-30 mm. Moreover, this axis should be oriented in one plane with a drainage end folded as a ring. About 3-5 d after coagulation of hollow organ's wall drainage wall appears in the lumen of the organ and cystodigestive anastomosis has been formed. The drainage should be removed after roentgenologically proved position of its end in the lumen of hollow organ. The innovation enables to widen medicinal possibilities at treating pancreatic cysts.
EFFECT: higher efficiency.
