SUBSTANCE: for pregnant woman at localization of ovum in cervix or cervico-isthmus uterine department it is necessary to inject methotrexate by flow technique at 50 mg/sq. m body surface intravenously at gestation terms being 7 wk, not more. Then 7 d later one should carry out vacuum excochleation of fetal ovum followed by tamponade of cervical canal with a sterile bandage impregnated with aminocaproic acid. It is necessary to fulfill vaginal tamponade with a cotton-gauze tampon for the period of 2 d. The innovation in question decreases the risk of hemorrhage due to implementing the operation in optimal terms after injecting methotrexate that in combination with increased efficiency of post-surgical hemostasis provides high level in maintaining reproductive function in this category of patients.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy.
