For this, 200 mcg of mifepristone is administered, then a hygroscopic dilator DILAPAN-S is introduced intracsevally into the patient 24 hours after the administration of mifepristone. 8 hours after administration of the hygroscopic expander DILAPAN-S, the maturity of the cervix is assessed for Bishop, amniotomy is performed, and after amniotomy, guided by the results of assessing the maturity of the cervix, the patient is prescribed sublingual misoprostol 200 mcg or 400 mcg sublingually, while misoprostol in a dose of 200 mcg is prescribed in the case of assessing the maturity of the cervix for Bishop 7 points or higher, and misoprostol in a dose of 400 mcg is prescribed in the case of assessing the maturity of the cervix for Bishop from 4 to 6 points.

EFFECT: method allows to gently and predictably prepare the cervix for natural vaginal delivery while minimizing risks of complications, reducing the period of rehabilitation of women, reducing material costs with its effectiveness and simplicity.
