FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves freezing injured cervical mucous membrane by applying local pulsating cryogenic dosed spraying of liquefied nitrogen liquid-vapor mixture to an area not exceeding 1/10-1/20 of total visible uterine cervix zone with forced air circulation in vagina cavity being concurrently done. Differing cervical mucous membrane areas are repeatedly frozen after spontaneous defrosting at the second stage with treatment pulse number increasing 2-3 times as high. Point-concentrated cryogenic treatment with cryogenic applicator cooled to -180 - -182°C is applied at the third stage after defrosting to visually distinguishable uterine cervix zones. Working surface is equal to 1/10-1/20 of total visible uterine cervix zone with exposure time equal to 1-2 s without adhesion. Freezing with adhesion is carried out in cervical canal with cryoapplicator at the fourth stage.
EFFECT: differentiated cooling depth; reduced risk of mucous membrane injuries; accelerated epithelialization process.
