SUBSTANCE: method for monitoring and controlling operation of distillation tower with vapor phase condenser and heater-evaporator of liquid phase in order to produce target product comprises steps of measuring level of liquid phase in vessel for collecting liquid phase incorporated into heater-evaporator of liquid phase of tower. Parameters of circulating flow are changed due to varying heat power dissipated by heater-evaporator depending upon change of level of liquid phase, namely: at increase of liquid phase level power dissipated by heater-evaporator is increased; at descending liquid phase level power dissipated by heater-evaporator is lowered. Power dissipated by heater-evaporator is changed according to signals of automatic regulator to which signal of predetermined liquid phase level and signal of liquid phase level pickup are fed.

EFFECT: improved efficiency and stability of isotope exchange.
