SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the atomic industry, medicine, agriculture and other industries and may be used at production of the stable isotopes of nitrogen and oxygen. The low-temperature separating distillation columns are filled in with nitrogen oxide (II) of the parent composition. In the columns create the countercurrent liquid and gaseous circulating flows of nitrogen oxide (II). The gas flow of feeding of the nitrogen oxide (II) of the parent composition is fed into the intermediate point in height of the first column. Extractions of the gas streams execute from the upper and the lower parts of the columns. Extraction of the gas stream from the lower part of the first column is fed into the intermediate point in height of the second column. Extraction of the gas stream from the upper part of the second column is fed into the intermediate point in height of the third column. Maintain the equality of the gas streams fed into each column to the sum of the gas streams extracted from it. One of the extractions of gas streams from the third column is fed into the intermediate in height point of the additional low-temperature separating distillation column. Extractions of the gas streams from the lower parts of all the columns start with the delay concerning to the extractions of the gas streams from their upper parts. The invention ensures simultaneous production of the isotopes 18O, 17O and 15N at any rates of the reactions of the chemical isotopic exchange. Duration of the start transitional periods is reduced.
EFFECT: the invention ensures simultaneous production of the indicated above oxygen and nitrogen isotopes at any speeds of the reactions of the chemical isotopic exchange at the reduced duration of the start transitional periods.
