PRODUCTION LINE-INSTALLATION "POTTER PLUS" USED FOR MANUFACTURE OF THE GLAZED CERAMIC ARTICLES Russian patent published in 2008 - IPC B28B15/00

Abstract RU 2314196 C1

FIELD: ceramic industry; other industries; devices used for manufacture of the glazed ceramic articles.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of manufacture of the glazed ceramic articles and thanks to its compactness may be used both as the self-contained and as the part of the production lines at the enterprises producing the ceramic articles. The production line-installation used for manufacture of the glazed ceramic articles is characterized by availability of the combined post including the post of feeding of the ceramic articles and the post of acceptance of the glazed ceramic articles, which is connected to the post of application of the glaze composition by the conveyor for relocation to this post of the ceramic articles, and by two technological pipes in parallel located concerning the conveyor. Along the bottom of the technological pipes they provide relocation of the ceramic articles coated with the glaze composition in the corresponding to each of these technological pipes the electrical furnace for heating up to the glaze composition up to the fusion point and transportation of the cooling down glazed ceramic articles to the combined post for packaging. At that the post of deposition of the glaze composition is disposed above the level the combined post by the angle of up to 30 degrees ensuring in the technological pipes the air draft for the power-saving by the optimal heat-exchange, adjusted by the sliding valves and correlated with the overall dimensions and the shape of the ceramic articles. The technical result of the invention consists in compactness, reliability, manufacturability, multi-functionality, power supply saving and the ecological compatibility of the production line-installation.

EFFECT: the invention ensures compactness, reliability, manufacturability, multi-functionality, power supply saving and the ecological compatibility of the production line-installation.
