FIELD: chemical industry; other industries; production of the bracings of the blow-out mandrel for manufacture of the hollow articles made out of the thermoplastic plastics.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the bracing in the blow-out mandrels in the pneumatic molding machines used for manufacture of the hollow articles made out of the thermoplastic plastics. The technical result of this invention is modernization of the pneumatic molding device concerning the bracing of its blow-out and calibrating mandrels, and simplification of the method of their substitution or repositioning, and also adjustment of the tightening force of the blow-out mandrels. At that the bracing should not influence negatively on the mandrel relative position in height. The technical result is attained by bracing used for the blow-out mandrels in the pneumatic molding device including the lower part of the machine, in which there are the blow-out molding press-tool dies with the blow-out shaping cavities, and the disposed over it the upper part of the machine, in which several blow-out mandrels are fastened by means of the clamps. The blow-out mandrels are jointly moved in the axial direction to the blow-out molding press-tool dies and introduced into the mouth of the shaping cavities. At that the bracing of the blow-out mandrels essentially is free from the mechanic tools moving on the shaft with the with the preliminary tension and switches on then bracing devices, which are put into action by means of the common connecting medium.

EFFECT: the invention ensures modernization of the pneumatic molding device concerning the bracing of its blow-out and calibrating mandrels, and simplification of the method of their substitution or repositioning, and also adjustment of the tightening force of the blow-out mandrels.
