SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to manufacture of the perforated film used in medicine. The method of manufacture of the perforated three-dimensional film includes formation of the three-dimensional topographic unit of the substrate, placing of the film along the glyptic exterior surface of the component of the substrate, and deformation of the film, so that its shape corresponded to the external surface of the component of the substrate. Relocating the laser beam along the external surface of the treated detail they form the topographic component of the substrate at modulation of the radiated power of the laser beam between, at least, of three power levels, thus hewing the external surface of the treated detail for formation of the three-dimensional topographic component of the substrate. Predominantly the modulation is exercised by means of the control unit, which adjusts the radiated power of the laser beam according to the succession of previously set commands.

EFFECT: the invention ensures the reliable manufacture of the perforated three-dimensional film used in medicine.
