FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: proposed method of pulse laser deposition on 3D surfaces of metals can be used in machine building for reconditioning of machines and mechanisms and tools. Filler is fed and subjected to pulse laser radiation along with deposition zone. Every pulse of laser radiation is amplitude modulated. Deposition of metal is effected in protective medium of inert gas, for example, argon and helium.

EFFECT: lower rate of self-cooling and straining, ruled out formation of hot cracks.
