FIELD: additive manufacturing tech.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for manufacturing a part by layer-by-layer fusion with parallel control of deformation and precision of manufacturing a part during the process. It can be used in the aerospace, shipbuilding, military, and high-speed rail industries. Simultaneously with layer-by-layer deposition of the part, plastic deformation of the newly solidified zone is carried out at the place of deposition of the layer by means of a micro-roller and, in parallel, in the same area, including one layer or several deposited layers, one or more of the following operations are performed to ensure the accuracy of the part being formed: control of processing parameters in the form of temperature, degree of deformation and deformation rate, processing to improve the microstructure and reduce residual stresses and deformations in the form of rolling, cold heat treatment, exposure to a pulsed laser beam or exposure to electromagnetic or ultrasonic vibrations, etching with the provision of cleaning from oxides, impurities and defects and finishing processing in the form of laser, electrolytic, ultrasonic or mechanical milling or finishing grinding, and during the formation of the part, the position of the part does not change.
EFFECT: provides a one-stage high-precision manufacturing of stable parts with specified design characteristics.
