FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to systems for metering out and filling liquids into container. Container is transported to metering station. Said station includes holding devices, metering head located higher than holding devices, and metering nozzle. Said nozzle is pointed downwards to inlet hole of container. Liquid filling line terminates on nozzle. Valve regulating liquid medium flow is installed inside filling line and it can be kept open during preset period of time. Flow is scanned by light beam generated by laser with frequent intervals. Width of flow at each scanning operation is calculated. Then representative value of volume of liquid component between successive scanning operations and accumulating of subsequent representative values are provided to get aggregate value of metered out material. Aggregate value is compared with preset range of values of metered out material and if aggregate value gets out of the range of values, signal is generated to activate means to decrease or increase portion delivered into following container.
EFFECT: provision of accurate metering out of liquid without loss of product and down required for cleaning.
