SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a liquid foam dispensing system, in particular a foam-forming cleaner containing a liquid container and a dispensing device connected to the container. Dispensing device comprises a pump comprising a pump chamber in fluid communication with the container and a piston located in the pump chamber, wherein piston and pump chamber can move relative to each other; an outlet channel communicating the pump chamber with the nozzle; pre-compression valve located between outlet channel and nozzle; and a buffer comprising a buffer chamber connected to the outlet channel, wherein the buffer chamber includes a compressible variator positioned therein for varying the usable volume of the buffer chamber; wherein the nozzle, the buffer and the pump are made so that they have dimensions such that the foam is dosed in a predetermined spray pattern.

EFFECT: technical result is higher efficiency of cleaning dishes and foam using required surface area with stable foam coating.
