SUBSTANCE: method for hydrocarbon hydrate generation retarding in mixtures including water and hydrate-forming foreign molecules involves adding composition to mixture, wherein composition concentration provides retarding of hydrocarbon hydrate formation under conditions facilitating said hydrate formation in the absence of reaction product. Said composition comprises at least one dendrimer composition with average molecular weight of not less than 1000 atomic mass units (a.m.u.), at least one low-molecular substance having less than 1000 a.m.u. and selected from polyaziridine, polyallylamine, starch, sugars and vinyl or acryl alcohol polymers or copolymers and at least one surfactant. Mixture, which inhibits hydrates, comprises water, foreign molecules, which create hydrates, and said composition.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of hydrocarbon hydrate formation retarding.
