FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: disclosed is an anti-agglomeration additive for preventing or inhibiting agglomeration of gas hydrates in a flow of crude hydrocarbons, containing A) an anti-agglomerate, which is a reaction product: (i) a reagent of a dicarboxylic acid substituted with a hydrocarbyl group selected from methane, butane or butene, hexane or hexene, nonane or nonene, dodecane or dodecene, octadecane or octadecene, eicosane or eicosene, docosane or docosene and their branched derivatives and isomers, and also from polyolefins, (ii) a nitrogen-containing compound having an oxygen or nitrogen atom capable of condensing with said reagent hydrocarbyl-substituted dicarboxylic acid, and additionally having at least one quaternising amino group selected from diamines and alkanolamines, and (iii) a quaternising agent suitable for converting a quaternizable amino group of the nitrogen-containing compound to a quaternary nitrogen, selected from sulphonates; sultones; phosphates; borates; nitrites; nitrates; oxalates; alkanoates; dithiophosphates; sulphates; halides; carbonates; hydrocarbylene epoxides; carboxylates; esters and mixtures thereof, and B) hydrocarbyl amido hydrocarbyl amine of formula (1), where R101 is a hydrocarbyl group containing 1 to 23 carbon atoms, R102 is a divalent hydrocarbyl group containing 1 to 10 carbon atoms, each of R103 and R104 independently represents hydrogen or a hydrocarbyl group containing 1 to 23 carbon atoms, and R105 represents hydrogen or a hydrocarbyl group containing 1 to 23 carbon atoms. Also disclosed is an anti-agglomeration composition comprising a crude hydrocarbon stream and an additive capable of modifying formation of a gas hydrate, containing anti-agglomeration additive, which is described above. In addition, a method of preventing agglomeration of hydrates, including contacting a flow of crude hydrocarbon with at least one anti-agglomeration additive, which is described above.
(formula 1)
EFFECT: technical result is satisfaction of the need for additives, which enable to prevent and/or inhibit agglomeration of gas hydrate, in order to minimize unplanned stops, maintenance and repair, and also to ensure more safe operation of production and/or transport facilities using natural gas or crude oil flows.
