FIELD: medicine; surgery.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for diagnosing acute infected pancreatonecrosis. Patient's blood is analyzed microscopically. Presence of macrophages in the peripheral blood is determined: the obtained blood is diluted 200 times with 0.9 % sodium chloride solution, diluted blood is stained with 0.2 % methylene blue solution and microscopy is performed with magnification of lens by 40 times, presence of macrophages is determined in 6 different fields of vision. Absence of macrophages shows sterility of pancreatonecrosis. Presence of macrophages shows the infection of pancreatonecrosis and necrotic changes of the pancreas.
EFFECT: method provides higher diagnostic accuracy of acute infected pancreatonecrosis by determining immune status by presence of macrophages in peripheral blood.
