SUBSTANCE: method involves determining antibodies in blood serum in acute period and concurrently determining autoantibodies to IgG and native DNA and circulating immune complexes. Auto antibodies to IgG being detected on the background of no auto antibodies to native DNA being found or auto antibodies to IgG being detected on the background of circulating immune complexes available in concentration from 190 to 335 condition units, rheumatic uveitis is to be diagnosed. Antibodies to native DNA being found on the background of no circulating immune complexes being detected or the antibodies to native DNA being found on the background of circulating immune complexes available in the amount of 65-189 condition units, uveitis accompanying Bekhterev disease is to be diagnosed.
EFFECT: high accuracy and sensitivity of the method.
